Benzoni & Maffitt Law Office, PLC is a small general practice law firm in Des Moines, IA. It is our goal to provide our clients with quality, effective legal services.
Many of our clients are immigrants, coming to Iowa or the midwest from all parts of the world. We also do immigration legal work for clients in other states.
Our Practice Areas
Immigration
This is a large part of the office’s practice. We represent clients in deportation, removal and relief procedures as well as family sponsored immigration, visa processing and related concepts, judicial review, and citizenship and naturalization. We are also known for our deportation defense.
Criminal
Criminal law forms the nucleus of our practice. We represent clients in both state and federal courts. We work to ensure high quality representation, while actively encouraging clients to assist in their own cases.
Appeals
We represent clients in Immigration and Criminal Appeals. We pride ourselves in providing quality legal representation.
